Facilitation – Internal teams

I facilitated a series of workshops with internal teams. These workshops helped them get closer to the fundamentals in digital media buying. They also focused on creative best practices across key digital platforms.
I designed and delivered practical sessions on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Performance Max. These sessions helped teams learn to plan, set up, and optimise campaigns effectively. I shared creative best practices so that the teams could produce content that not only aligned with platform algorithms but also resonated with audiences in an authentic and engaging way.
I built interactive elements into the workshops so that participants could apply learnings directly to real scenarios, making the training feel relevant and actionable.
I provided tools, frameworks, and follow-up resources so that teams had ongoing support to put their new skills into practice and continue learning beyond the workshops.
As a result, the organisation’s teams felt more confident managing digital campaigns in-house, developed a stronger understanding of creative strategy, and became better equipped to drive results across multiple platforms.
